The honest shape of it today
One Talksy account per client. A client with an Instagram and a Facebook presence is one Talksy account; two clients are two.
If you are looking for one dashboard that switches between twenty brands, Talksy is not that tool yet. One Talksy account holds one connected account per platform, so each client you manage is a separate Talksy account.
What it does solve
The work an agency actually spends hours on is not switching accounts — it is writing the two hundred replies that all say roughly the same thing in slightly different words, while not missing the three that matter.
Talksy takes the first part. Every incoming comment and message arrives with a draft already written from that client's own published voice, so an account manager is editing rather than composing. It takes the second part too: intent classification pushes purchase questions, complaints and collaboration offers above routine engagement, so the ones with money or reputation attached are not buried.
Staying on-voice across different clients
Each Talksy account builds its voice profile from that client's own posts and replies. A skincare brand and a gaming channel do not end up sounding like the same content marketer, because neither profile was written by one.
Reply language is set per connected account, so a client running a German brand account and an English one is handled explicitly rather than by detection. When something arrives in a language that account has not pinned, Talksy skips the draft instead of producing a confident reply in the wrong language — which is the failure mode that actually damages a client relationship.
Approval as a workflow, not a feature
Nothing Talksy drafts is sent automatically. For an agency this is the difference between a tool you can put in front of a client and one you cannot: every reply that goes out under a client's name was read and approved by someone on your team.
Each draft also carries a short explanation of how the AI classified the item, which makes handing the inbox between team members cheaper — the context is on the screen rather than in someone's head. Where a draft is not right, regenerating keeps the earlier versions as variants, so two people can compare phrasings rather than argue from memory.
Onboarding a new client
Connecting a client account takes the standard authorisation flow on each platform — no credentials are shared with you or with Talksy, and the client can revoke access themselves at any time. Talksy then reads that account's existing published posts and replies to build the voice profile, so the first drafts already sound like the client rather than like a blank tool waiting to be configured.
If a client's platform access later lapses, the account is marked as needing reconnection rather than quietly collecting nothing.
Reporting and pricing
Per-client dashboards cover reply volume, response activity and how often drafts were sent as written versus edited, broken down by platform. It is enough to show a client what changed, and specific enough to be uncomfortable if nothing did.
