What Talksy covers on Instagram
Instagram is the fullest of the three integrations. Talksy handles both comments on your posts and your direct messages, through Instagram's official API — you authorise access the same way you would for any approved app, and you can revoke it at any time. Your password is never shared with Talksy.
Comments and DMs sit in the same prioritised queue rather than in separate silos, because from the point of view of the person waiting for an answer, the distinction does not matter.
Intent, not chronology
Instagram orders notifications by recency. Talksy classifies every incoming comment and message by what it is: a question, a buying signal, a complaint, routine engagement, or spam. High-intent items move to the top and stay visible until they are handled.
Every item also carries a short explanation of the classification, so when Talksy is wrong you can see why and correct it rather than guessing.
Drafts that sound like your account
The voice profile is built from your own Instagram captions and replies. During onboarding Talksy reads what you have already published and keeps that profile current as you post, so drafts arrive using your phrasing rather than a neutral customer-service register.
Comments are shown with the post they were left under, which matters more on Instagram than anywhere else: a three-word comment under a Reel is unreadable without knowing what the Reel was.
How a reply actually gets sent
Open the queue, read the top item, and either send the draft as written, edit it, or regenerate it. Regenerated versions are kept as browsable variants rather than overwriting each other, so you can go back to the first one if the second is worse.
Items that need no reply are dismissed and leave the queue rather than sitting there looking unanswered. New comments and messages arrive live, without refreshing.
Story replies
Replies to your Stories arrive in the same inbox as everything else, with the Story they refer to attached. Story replies are the most context-dependent messages Instagram produces and the easiest to answer wrongly from the text alone — a two-word reply means nothing without knowing what was on screen. Because Stories expire, Talksy keeps the reference rather than relying on it still being live when you get to the message.
Language
You can pin a reply language for the connected account rather than relying on detection. When something arrives in a language you have not pinned, Talksy skips drafting it instead of answering in the wrong language — the missing draft is obvious, and a fluent reply in the wrong language is not.
The approval step
There is no automatic-reply mode in Talksy, and no keyword triggers. This is the main behavioural difference between Talksy and the Instagram automation tools built around comment-to-DM flows: those exist to send messages without a person involved, and Talksy exists to make a person faster at conversations that need one.
If Instagram drops the connection
Meta invalidates access tokens without notice after a password change or a security checkpoint. Talksy marks the account as needing reconnection and tells you, instead of appearing connected while collecting nothing.
The same Talksy account also connects one Facebook account and one YouTube account, and all of it lands in the same queue. One plan, €99 per month, two-week free trial.
