What Talksy covers on Facebook
Facebook is a full integration: comments on your Page's posts and messages sent to the Page, both through Meta's official API. Access is granted through the standard authorisation flow and can be revoked whenever you like; your password is never shared with Talksy.
Because Talksy connects Instagram and Facebook side by side, an organisation running both does not have to decide which one gets checked today. Both feed the same queue, tagged by platform.
It is a Page, not a personal profile
Talksy connects a Facebook Page. That is a property of Meta's API rather than a choice: comment management and Messenger sending both require a Page access token, which only exists for Pages you administer. A personal profile cannot be connected, by anyone, using any tool.
In practice this means you authorise with the Facebook account that administers the Page, and select the Page during setup. If you administer several, you connect one — Talksy holds one account per platform. Your own Facebook login is used to prove you administer the Page and nothing else; Talksy reads and replies as the Page, never as you.
Sorted by what people want
Every incoming item is classified by intent before it reaches you — questions, buying signals, complaints, routine engagement, spam — and the ones with something at stake are moved to the top. Comments that need no reply can be dismissed in one action rather than read twice.
Each classification comes with a short explanation of what the AI keyed on, which matters more on Facebook than elsewhere: Page comment threads are longer and more mixed than Instagram's, and a plausible-looking misread is easier to miss.
Working through the queue
Send the draft, edit it, or regenerate it. Regenerated versions are kept as variants you can browse rather than replacing each other, so a phrasing you liked is not lost to a second attempt.
Comments are shown with the post that prompted them, and new items appear live as they arrive rather than on refresh. Threads on a Page can run long, so the reply you are drafting is shown against the conversation it belongs to.
Voice, language and approval
Drafts are written from a profile built out of your Page's own published posts and replies. Reply language is configurable per connected account, so a Page that posts in German is not answered in English because one commenter happened to write in it — and where something arrives in an unpinned language, Talksy skips the draft rather than guessing.
Talksy has no autoresponder and no keyword automation. It drafts and you approve. For a Page carrying customer questions, that is the distinction between a tool that speeds you up and one that answers on your behalf.
If the Page connection lapses
Meta can invalidate a token without warning — a password change, a security checkpoint, an app removed from the Page's permissions. Talksy marks the account as needing reconnection rather than continuing to look connected while collecting nothing, and reconnecting restores it.
The same Talksy account connects one Instagram account and one YouTube account. Instagram covers comments and direct messages; YouTube covers comments only. A single plan at €99 per month with a two-week free trial.
