The terms governing your use of Talksy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talksy (the "Service", and "Talksy", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Talksy is a social media management platform that helps you view, organize, and respond to comments and messages across connected social media accounts, including AI-assisted reply suggestions. Features and supported platforms may change over time.
To use the Service you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
Have the authority to connect and manage the social media accounts you link;
Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) through their official APIs and only with your authorization. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own terms.
In particular, by connecting a YouTube channel and using YouTube-related features:
You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service .
You acknowledge that Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy .
You may disconnect any platform or revoke access at any time from your Talksy settings or the platform's own security settings.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any law or the terms of any connected platform;
Send spam or post harassing, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content;
Scrape, resell, or misuse platform data beyond what these Terms and the platforms permit;
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
The Service can generate suggested replies and other content using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing any suggestion before it is published, and you remain solely responsible for all content sent from your connected accounts.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not provide refunds for the current billing period except where required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Talksy and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Content you or your audience create remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talksy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and connected-account data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you use the Service as a consumer, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
